Return Instructions:
Please send the package to the address on your packing slip / receipt via an insured & trackable method such as, USPS, DHL, UPS or FedEx. Properly pack the merchandise and include the original jewelry pouch, jewelry tag, copy of the receipt and gemological report (if applicable). Merchandise must be returned in its original condition. Please include instructions if you desire a replacement, store credit or a refund. Refunds are generally made within 10 business days. (excluding weekends & holidays).
