Diamond carat weights (CT.) represent the approximate carat total weight (CTW) of all diamonds and/or gemstone/s in each setting unless noted. Diamond solitaire weights may vary between .01 and .05 carat. Diamond total weights may vary between .01 and .08 carat.

Data about the activity of visitors to this site is automatically provided to World Jewelry Outlet's Online Store when you sign on. Product Availability and Pricing

If you're interested in a piece of jewelry that is currently on back order, call us and we can tell you when the item will be back in stock. Sometimes with the volume of orders we receive, an item may go out of stock before we are able to post a notification on the Site. If this happens, we will contact you directly to discuss possible options.
Data, including prices, may be inaccurately displayed on our Site due to system or typographical errors. While we make every attempt to avoid these errors, they may occur. We reserve the right to correct any and all errors when they do occur, and we do not honor inaccurate or erroneous prices. If a product's listed price is lower than its actual price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping the product or cancel the order and notify you of such cancellation. If the order has been shipped, you agree to either return the product or pay the difference between the actual and charged prices. Our prices are also subject to change without notice. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause. We do not negotiate prices on our products and all our prices are final.

Policy on Conflict Diamonds

At World Jewelry Outlet, we only purchase diamonds through the largest and most respected suppliers who, like us, proudly adhere to and enforce the standards established by the Kimberley Process, an international system that polices the trade of diamonds to ensure they are from sources free of conflict.  About the Kimberly Process, In April 2003, congress and President Bush passed a law adopting the Kimberley Process that requires all US diamond retailers to buy diamonds from manufacturers who have documentation warranting that the merchandise was obtained through legitimate channels. Today, the US Customs Service actively enforces the Kimberley Process requirements as diamonds enter American ports.

Disputes
Any dispute relating in any way to your visit to the Site or to products you purchase through the Site shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in Los Angeles, Ca., except that, to the extent you have in any manner violated or threatened to violate World Jewelry Outlet, WJOutlet.com intellectual property rights, World Jewelry Outlet, WJOutlet.com may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in any state or federal court in the State of California, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts. Arbitration under this Agreement shall be conducted under the rules then prevailing of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitrator's award shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no arbitration under this Agreement shall be joined to an arbitration involving any other party subject to this Agreement, whether through class arbitration proceedings or otherwise.

Returns

If your purchase from World Jewelry Outlet fails to meet your expectations for any reason, please send your item back to us before the end of the 7-Days evaluation period and you will get 100% Money-Back on your purchase. You must send via insured service either USPS or UPS. Make sure that you have insured the package & purchased a tracking number for your record. (Effective date 10/11/2007)

Please note that we require an RMA for all returns, you can get this by sending as an email at info[at]wjoutlet.com or calling us at (800) 264-2254 or (323) 262-2020.
Once we receive your returned item and it is accepted, your refund will be processed within 48-72 hours. Upon receipt of the returned item it will be reviewed by our Quality

Assurance Specialist.   
Please note that items showing signs of wear or those that have been altered, resized (by a jeweler other than World Jewelry Outlet), or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return. Engraved jewelry items (not including wedding rings) may not be returned. Engraved wedding rings may be returned, however, the engraving fee & resizing is non-refundable if applicable.

Returns after the 7-Day evaluation period, without security tags and/or altered in any way will be subject to ( 10% ) re-stocking fee.

Please include the invoice and the reason for the return. Your payment will be refunded in the same payment manner as your original purchase. After Review Please allow 2 weeks for your credit to appear in your statement.

For exchange only, please write the item number that you want to exchange it for and don't forget to enclose a $10 money-order for shipping back it back to you. If in case, of price difference we will bill or credit you for the difference of exchanged item.
